Biodiesel Project Management

RMBC provides management support to organizations conducting R&D projects in crop development, biodiesel technology, and other related fields. Dr. Tyson has over 25 years of experience, 9 years of conducting biodiesel project management. Dr. Tyson has worked with numerous government agencies (USDA, DOE, EPA), an extensive number of private research firms and universities and numerous private biodiesel firms and other organizations.

RMBC will provide R&D management includes designing statements of work, budgeting, scheduling, identifying key technical resources and staffing , contracting, technical work plans, lower tier subcontracting, communications and reporting, financial analysis, strategic planning, close out, and public relations.
